We carefully selected and blended Japanese and Chinese plant materials that are thought to arrange for each of “Kiuki”, “Blood” and “Mizui”.
● We are particular about the deliciousness and adopt a direct fire method. Because it is baked carefully and carefully over time, you can enjoy deep richness, umami and rich aroma of spices.
● We are particular about material and use domestic apple, garlic, onion. No preservatives, colorings or chemical seasonings are used.
● Spicy curry with authentic taste. Flakes that are easy to melt.

In addition to safflower, jujube, longan, wolfberry fruit and other Japanese and Chinese ingredients that support the "blood" cycle, 12 kinds of spices are used.
